We currently use USPS, for all our domestic and international packages, Priority or First Class mail depending on the size of your order with delivery confirmation.
Do you pendants come with a chain
Yes all of our pendants are shipped with an 18 inch black velvet cord, adjustable to 20 inches

We love custom orders, simply us with an idea and we'll send you back designs and quotes

Sure, first choose your design we have a complete catalog of all the designs we use. Simply note the catalog number or description in the comments box at check out
Can I swim or shower with my jewelry on?
While each piece is sealed and water resistant we do recommend removing jewelry before swimming or bathing
I'm allergic to nickle, what can I buy
All metal peices in our jewelry from the earring and necklace bails, rings and earring studs are either silver plated or made of surgical steel
